As a full-time therapist employed at 616 counseling, you will work a flexible schedule that is determined by you and the clients we serve. We stress a work / life balance to prioritize self-care and family needs along with excellence in client care. We provide both in person and tele-health appointments. We are fortunate to work with excellent referral sources in our community, welcoming coordination of care with professionals and excellent client relationships and retention.

We have weekly staff meetings: one mandatory meeting for business matters and clinical questions and the second for weekly supervision. We enjoy the collaboration and community of our team. Additionally, we have administrative support to handle all of your billing / scheduling / client inquiries / payment collection / credentialing / and marketing. Admin support is here to help you and your clients with all needs. Your payroll tax is withholding. All therapists are W2 Employees so you are not paying a huge self-employment rate of taxes. We also provide the current, standard company worker’s compensation and liability insurance.
